CYCLE - BODYPUMP - SWIM FOR FITNESS - POLICIES:
As space is limited, reservations are required for Indoor Cycling,
BodyPUMP and Swim for Fitness classes. Reservations for these classes
begin 25 hours prior to class time and can be made at the front
desk or by telephoning the club.
Please check-in at the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to
class start time. If you do not check-in your place will be given
away to members on the waiting list. For BodyPUMP classes, you will
receive your clips upon check-in. We will stop handing out clips for
the BodyPUMP class once the class is scheduled to begin - no exceptions.
Please do not enter the class once it has begun
AB BLAST / ABDOMINATION: Strengthen your body by strengthening your core
in this 30 minute workout. Use the BOSU, resist-a-ball, and body
strength to reshape, strengthen, and tone.
AQUA: An invigorating 60-minute water workout that's easy
on the joints, refreshing, and fun. This multi-level class includes a warm up,
30-35 minutes of cardiovascular training, muscular strength and conditioning
with hand buoys and noodles, and a flexibility cool-down. Aquatic shoes are
recommended.
BodyFLOW: BodyFLOW is a group exercise program that
will change the way you feel about your body forever. BodyFLOW
combines traditional Eastern disciplines like Yoga with dynamic
exercise like Pilates. BodyFLOW is an opportunity to get to know
your body better and work out some of the kinks and stresses from
everyday life and exercise. Every BODY deserves BodyFLOW at least
once a week.
BodyJAM: A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy
the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance
styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having
fun as breaking a sweat. Your taught to move with attitude through
this 55 minute class.
BodyPUMP: A weight training workout in a group fitness
setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating
music. BodyPUMP is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens,
tones and defines every major muscle group in your body…ideal for
beginners as well as experienced exercisers. It is the workout
for EVERY-BODY. Sign-up required before class.
BodyVIVE: A low impact, high intensity program that combines
the power of aerobic exercise, resistance training and mobility work.
BodyVIVE is the perfect workout for the first time exerciser, returning
athlete and provides cross training for the elite athlete. Using VIVE
balls and tubes, enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your
body.
CIRCUIT TRAINING: An energetic workout designed to give
you a healthy mix of cardio and strength work for a great interval
workout to increase your fitness quickly
CYCLE-60: A one hour class with a 45-50 minute ride
concluding with some simple stretches. Experience an endurance ride,
an interval ride or both. All levels welcome. Sign up required
before class.
CYCLE-45: A 45 minute class with a 35-40 minute ride
concluding with some simple stretches.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Join your instructor as
they guide you through personalized strength training and balance
program. This 30 minute class will help increase your fitness level.
KOR Balance: Balancing poses require you to engage your core
stabilizer muscles, which can help improve overall stability and strength.
KOR: Challenge your body in a new way! Slow controlled
movements help tone your abdominals, thighs, arms and butt, while
strengthening your legs and back. Your own body weight is used for
resistance, creating long, lean, toned muscles.
PILATES 101: Warm up with light cardio and then move to
Pilates mat work with various props to strengthen and lengthen your body.
All levels welcome.
PILATES: MATWORK: Looking for a great AB workout?
Want to strengthen your spine? The Pilates workout delivers!
MATWORK teaches you the fundamental movements essential to
performing Pilates exercises, as well as challenges you with some
of the essential matwork exercises.
STEPPIN' UP: Offers the intermediate participant a great
work out including moderate-high intensity step combinations for 35 - 40
minutes of cardiovascular training. Experience is suggested though the
steps can be modified. Core training and stretching complete the workout.
STRETCH: Lengthen and restore your muscles in 30 minutes.

STRETCH AND STRENGTH: Combine strength exercises with
stretches to leave your body stronger and refreshed.
SWIM FOR FITNESS: This class is for the swimmer with
the basic to advanced swimming skills who would like to improve on
their stroke and breathing techniques. Please sign up 25 hours in
advance as space is limited
YOGA: Yoga is the training mode of choice for many
different types of people, from elite athletes to Hollywood
celebrities to weekend warriors. Train your body "from the inside out"
in this discipline integrating the body and mind. Yogi is a
stretching, strengthening and centering style of class.

ZUMBA ®: Fuse Latin rhythms with easy to follow
moves and you get a dynamic 45 minute cardio workout that is fun
for everyone!

GROUP FITNESS CLASS POLICIES: PLEASE, NO CELL PHONES!
All classes are an hour long unless specified otherwise. Bring a towel.
Athletic shoes and appropriate work out attire are required. Please arrive
on time and stay until the final cool down has ended. Please
refrain from chewing gum, wearing perfume or cologne, and carrying
on conversations during class. All exercises can be
modified for your own individual needs. Please see your instructor
before class to discuss special individual modification needs.
Otherwise, follow your instructor and avoid doing your own routine.
